Refund policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your product has been fulfilled, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached. For orders placed between 11/22-12/22, we offer an extended 45-day holiday return window.

Return Instructions

  1. Input your order number + shipping zip code to pull up your order details. 
  2. With the order pulled up, select each item you would like to include, pick the reason for returning, and then indicate whether you would like to exchange or return. For exchanges, pick the color/size variant you would like to exchange for. 
  3. Review details and submit. Please ensure you complete the entire process. If the last screen does not provide you with a label, the process is not complete.
  4. Securely package up your item(s) and bring them to a carrier drop-off location within 15 days of submitting the return. For exchanges, replacement items will ship shortly after your exchange is approved. To avoid being charged for the replacement item, please ship by the date listed on the return confirmation page. 

If you received an item that you feel is defective or damaged, please first contact support@americanoutdoorsmangear.com and we will handle your case outside of the automated return center.

Please note that all international sales are final, i.e., we can not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned goods. Please note: We are not able to refund any shipping charges from your original order.
If your returned items are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, marked-down items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We now offer direct color/size variant exchanges of the product you ordered. If you complete the online return process but aren't ready to make a new purchase, you can elect for store credit (also sent via email) that can be applied as a discount code on a new order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of returned item approval, please first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
