We have a very limited window to process order changes or cancellations. If your order has already been processed or shipped, no further changes can be made.

If your order has shipped, no further changes can be made and we are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders ship from our facilities in California or New Jersey.
We do our absolute best to ship orders within 1-2 business days so we can get you your items as quickly as possible.
Yes, we do. Please be sure to select ‘PO Box Delivery’ when checking out to ensure the proper carrier service is used to complete a successful delivery.
Yes, we do. Please input your shipping address and calculated shipping rates will be generated.
Please note: These shipping rates are automatically calculated by the carriers based on the product dimensions & weight, and distance. We have no control over these calculated rates.
Non-US customers may need to pay an additional import duty fee to successfully receive their order. We are not able to pay these fees, but ask that customers reach out providing proof of duty payment and we will try to find a way to offset some of those costs.
We do our absolute best to pack & ship orders within 1 business day.
Once shipped, delivery times are dependent upon destination location and shipping service selected.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.

Please note: Tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If your order looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!
Our shipping carriers work independently from The American Outdoorsman, but here are a few solutions we can offer:
If your package has been marked delivered and you don’t see it, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours.
Most tracking pages will provide photo proof of the delivery. If the location in the photo does not look familiar, please check with neighbors to see if it was misdelivered.
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it has never been updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit.
For all unresolved delivery issues, please send an email to support@americanoutdoorsmangear.com so we can help you look into this.
Customer support must be notified of any lost packages within 30 days of the ship date. If a package is not reported as lost within 30 days of the ship date, customer service will not be able to assist with a replacement or refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We proudly offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days after you receive your order. For orders placed between 11/22-12/22, we offer an extended 45-day holiday return window.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached.
Please head to our Returns page to read our full policy and for instructions to submit your return and print a pre-paid shipping label via our self-service return center.
If you received an item that you feel is defective or damaged, please first contact support@americanoutdoorsmangear.com and we will handle your case outside of the self-service return center.
Additional Policy Notes:
– We are not able to refund any shipping charges from your original order.
– All international sales are final, i.e., we can not accept returns or exchanges.

We accept gift returns for store credit, or size/color exchanges. Please visit our gift return center to start the process.
If you do not know the original order number, click ‘Don’t have your order information?’ and provide as many details as possible so we can further assist.
We typically process refunds within 3-5 days after your return has been delivered. You will receive email confirmation once the refund is fully processed.
Please note:
– Once processed, it can take 3-7 business days for a refund to credit back to your original form of payment.
– Refunds might appear in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, the original payment is adjusted in your statement, and a separate credit is not issued
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for non-US orders. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us at support@americanoutdoorsmangear.com and we will do our best to help.

Unfortunately, normal wear and tear would not warrant a replacement or refund, but if it is deemed a manufacturing defect or unreasonable damage, we would be happy to assist.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We are an American company, and all our products are designed and tested here in the US. While we at times will release limited-run domestically-produced pieces, we primarily manufacture our products overseas so we can offer high-quality goods at an affordable price point.
The exact origin depends on the product, but we typically manufacture in Central/South America or Asia. If you have a specific product you want to know about, please let us know.
All products ship from our facilities in California or New Jersey typically within one business day.
We'll need the style number (not the WPL number) to help us track down any available inventory. Please take a look at the article linked here which contains photos and directions on how to find the style number.
It should be on a small tag beneath the tag with the WPL number.
Once you have the style number, send us an email at support@americanoutdoorsmangear.com we'd be happy to look into it for you. Please be sure to include preferred sizing and color.
